Feel Amazing Wellness Centre, Shop 10, 3-9 Spring Street, Chatswood NSW 2067. Conveniently located opposite Chatswood Westfield, in a quiet plaza away from the busy shopping centre.

Parking and public transport

Feel Amazing Wellness Centre is located within a 10-minute walk of Chatswood Station, with easy access to train, metro and bus services.

The closest parking is available at Westfield Chatswood, located diagonally across from Spring Street and just a short walk from the clinic. Street parking is also available nearby but can get busy, particularly during peak times.

Please allow sufficient time for parking and travelling to your appointment.

Appointment information

Do I need to complete any paperwork?

New clients will receive an SMS with a secure link to complete their intake and consent forms before their appointment. Completing these forms in advance helps maximise your treatment time.

Paper forms are also available at the clinic if required.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early if possible. Your practitioner will explain anything you need to know before treatment.

What happens if I arrive late?

To ensure all clients receive their scheduled appointment and to avoid delays throughout the day, late arrivals may have a reduced treatment time. Your appointment includes both consultation and treatment time, and the full appointment fee may still apply.

If you are running late, please contact the clinic as soon as possible.

Cancellation policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Missed appointments may be charged the full appointment fee.

We understand that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise and will always take these into consideration.
