Yuki is an experienced massage therapist with over 14 years of clinical experience, offering a calm, holistic approach that supports both physical wellbeing and nervous system balance. She is passionate about creating a space where clients feel comfortable, cared for, and able to fully relax while working towards longer-term health and wellness goals.
Originally inspired by oriental medicine and holistic healing practices, Yuki has trained in a wide range of techniques including remedial massage, dry needling, cupping, shiatsu, aromatherapy, reflexology, and reiki. Her approach is highly individualised, combining different therapies and techniques depending on each person’s needs, preferences, and presentation on the day.
Yuki has worked in multidisciplinary clinics across both Australia and Japan, developing extensive experience supporting people with muscular tension, pain, stress-related symptoms, fatigue, headaches, insomnia, and nervous system dysregulation. She also has a strong interest in women’s health, including pregnancy care, postnatal support, hormonal health, fertility, and menopause-related concerns.
Clients often appreciate Yuki’s gentle, intuitive nature and her ability to create treatments that feel both therapeutic and restorative. Rather than relying on overly firm techniques, she uses a thoughtful combination of massage, cupping, dry needling, and other supportive therapies to help reduce tension, improve mobility, and encourage relaxation without unnecessary discomfort.
She particularly enjoys helping people who are feeling physically and emotionally overwhelmed, including busy professionals, students experiencing stress and exam pressure, and older clients seeking ongoing support for mobility, comfort, and general wellbeing.
As part of her holistic treatment style, Yuki also incorporates grounding and balancing techniques into her sessions, helping clients leave feeling calmer, more centred, and more connected to their bodies.
